RXO sales team was doubling in size thanks to the growing shipping needs of west Michigan. This was about 2 years ahead of our expansion plan so we utilized Grand Rapids Construction's Pre construction services and within 90 days had soft approvals for build, blueprints and real time estimates for the work required. Our team was impressed with how quickly GRC was able to get Design and approval for our remodel and present everything for our final approval. We plan on beginning actual construction within the next 12 months and Grand Rapids Construction will be managing every aspect of the project!
